- Strong, Y-wt., 2-ply polyester/cotton blend back construction for extended durability, reduced edge wear, and smooth finish
- Flexible design (outer 3/8 in. edge is more flexible than rest of disc) for softer metals where standard flexible discs can gouge; ideal for contour grinding of structural pieces
- Use back-up pad one size smaller than the FlexEdge disc for full benefits
- 60, 80 and 100 grit are recommended for blending and deburring
