- New design tapered adapter mount spherical roller bearing units provide versatile arrangements for supporting shafts that carry substantial radial or a combination of radial and thrust loads
- Incorporates an integral lock nut, sleeve and inner race along with Optical Strain Sensing (OSS) technology and a Positive Locking System (PLS) that visually indicates when the bearing is tightened to the shaft correctly
- These features not only yield the most secure shaft mounting, running accuracy and ability to accommodate undersize shafting, but guarantee the correct installation every time and make removal a snap
- Offers higher dynamic load ratings than the previous design, runs cooler and runs quieter yielding a bearing that lasts longer in the application
- Dynamic and static misalignment capability has been increased to ±2.0°
